POSITION
Chapter 1. VII International Athletics Competitions in Memory of the Honored Trainer of Uzbekistan G.G. Arzumanov.
Chapter 2. Tashkent city, Athletics Federation of Uzbekistan stadium, June 19-23, 2025. Team arrival day: June 19-20, departure day June 23, 2025.
Chapter 3. Competitions are held in individual competitions. The competition is attended by national teams of the Federations of Central Asian countries - Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Afghanistan and the strongest athletes from other countries, selected based on their results. Federations of other countries are allowed to compete by invitation.
Chapter 4. Participants - It is allowed to nominate at least 2 athletes from each country for each type of program; the organizing country has the right to enter 4 athletes for each type of program. At least 6 athletes from 3 countries can participate in the program. If there are less than 6 participants in an event and less than 3 countries, competitions in this event are not held.
Chapter 5. Age categories - Athletes born in 2009 and earlier (16 years and older) are allowed to compete.
Chapter 6. Competition program and number of participants in the events:
Men: 200m, 400m, 5000m, 110mH, 400mH, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Hammer Throw, Javelin Throw, Decathlon.
Women: 200m, 400m, 800m, 5000m, 100mH, 400mH, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Hammer Throw, Javelin Throw, Heptathlon.
Additional events: Kids Relay, Men 3000m SC, Women 3000m SC.

Chapter 7. Awarding the winners and prize-winners of the competition. Winners and prize-winners of the competition are awarded cash prizes from 1st to 3rd places (1st place – 500 US dollars, 2nd place – 300 US dollars, 3rd place – 200 US dollars). In Decathlon and Heptathlon prize-winners of the competition are awarded cash prizes from 1st to 3rd places (1st place – 1000 US dollars, 2nd place – 600 US dollars, 3rd place – 400 US dollars).

Winners and prize-winners will be paid prize money after doping control.
Chapter 8. Applications
The final application for participation in international competitions will be accepted until June 7, 2025 until 23:59 (GMT+5).
Personal implements.
List of equipment provided by the organizing committee (list). Athletes can take part in competitions with their own equipment.
Chapter 9. Financial conditions
For teams from Central Asian countries, a quota of 15 people is provided (including no more than 3 officials). The Athletics Federation of Uzbekistan provides hotel accommodation with 3 meals a day to all quota participants from June 19 to 23, 2025.
Expenses associated with accommodation and meals for participants are covered by the organizing committee from June 19 to May 23, 2025.
For teams from Federations that are not members of the Central Asian Athletics Association, quotas will be determined after submitting preliminary applications for participation in the competition.
Travel expenses for the remaining participants, representatives, and team coaches are at the expense of the sending organizations. Expenses associated with the preparation and holding of competitions (awarding, meals for judges, service personnel - doctors, computer specialists, workers and other specialists), travel of participants, representatives, coaches of teams of Uzbekistan - at the expense of the Ministry of Sports Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the Association Athletics of Central Asia, Athletics Federation of Uzbekistan and other sources.
Payment to foreign specialists (technical delegate, international technical official and others) for each day of stay, from June 19 to June 23, 2025, 150 US dollars per day.
Payment for judges (from Uzbekistan) and technical staff is 300,000 soums per day, no more than 3 days from June 19 to June 23, 2025.

Guests from AAA and CAA are provided with accommodation, meals and air travel from June 19 to June 23, 2025.
The Organizing Committee provides air travel for the business class technical delegate and other economy class international judges to the city of Tashkent and back.
If an athlete refuses to participate in competitions, inform them at least 5 days in advance.
Chapter 10. Visas and visa support
Countries that require a visa to enter Uzbekistan must submit their applications, indicating passport details, no later than June 7, 2025.
Chapter 11. Technical meeting
A meeting of team representatives together with the main panel of judges will be held at the AFU sports complex on June 21 at 17:00.
Chapter 12. Doping control
Doping control tests will be carried out in accordance with the latest World Athletics Anti-Doping Rules and Regulations. Athletes will be notified for doping control test at the post event control room, and will be escorted to the doping control room. Failure or refusal to report to the doping control room after notification may result in Anti-doping Rule violation. Athlete, who sets Asian Record will have to report to the TIC for doping control test (in this case the cost will be borne by LOC). Those who set new national records and need doping control test for ratification of the national record will have to apply at TIC immediately after each event. For this, each team must bear the cost which is 330,0 USD for urine standard test, and this test fee must be paid in cash to TIC when requesting for the doping control test.
One Team official may accompany the appointed athlete, and a special pass will be given at the TIC.
The organizing committee has the right to amend the competition regulations.
